caseysprepconnection.com is a joint venture between Casey's General Stores and the Iowa Sports Connection.  The site is maintained and updated by the Iowa Sports Connection and its staff.  The site was developed to give high school students across the state of Iowa an opportunity to express and share news about their school and community.  The site was designed for students to submit stories and information in a manner that was simple and safe.  The site has been constructed to include all of the latest features including downloadable audio and video files, instant feedback just by clicking on an article, RSS feeds to keep up on a particular school, (great for alumni) and all of the content is monitored to ensure a positive and safe environment for students.

Students are encouraged to submit stories they may have written for their school newspaper, a class project or just anything that may be of interest to other students across the state.  We at the Iowa Sports Connection have been covering high school sports for the past 8 years and as important as sports are to some students there are many other students who are active in other extracurricular activities.  This site was developed to showcase all students who are active in any and all extracurricular activities.  From sports, to band, to choir, to speech, to academic clubs.  We want to give all students the opportunity to share and promote the activities they are involved in.
